Big Idea #1: Breath is constantly adjusting to what we need: soft and loud
Big Idea #2: Breath adjusts to the length of the sounds we want to make from long and slow to short and quick. Breath flow follows intention.
Big Idea #3: Breath changes with our feelings: it affects and is affected by the autonomic nervous system. We need to feel safe, capable, and empowered to learn.
